Charleston's East End
, its oldest neighborhood, listed on the national Historic register and is a vibrant community teeming with artisans, gourmet food, live music and performing arts, and unique shopping. Take a walking tour of the stately historic homes lining the streets between the Capitol Complex and Ruffner Avenue, the Kanawha River and the Historic Warehouse District. Check out the new restaurants and businesses popping up amid Washington Street East's new streetscape and facade renovations.
